The vision for Tunica National – A Master Planned Community was to create a town like no other.  This community formed through careful and thoughtful planning, will capture the concepts and principles used to plan towns prior to World War II, putting emphasis on street design, common area green spaces, pedestrian interactivity, and the vital role of a town center serving as the focal point of the community.  Tunica National will re-visit the feel of Main Street U.S.A. abandoned by many modern day developers through what has become known as suburban sprawl.  The composition of mixed use buildings in the town center, coupled with unique residential offerings, will allow residents of Tunica National to live and work in one community, with all the needs of daily life close by.

At Tunica National, a network of streets and pedestrian paths will connect all of the neighborhoods within the community, and there will be a variety of housing options ranging from starter homes to high end residences.  One could spend their entire life within this community, and parents will be able to live down the street form their children.  Inspiration for this development came from recognized masterpieces such as the historic communities in downtown Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia.  Traditional ideals such as these will be upheld in Tunica National – A Master Planned Community.”
