in golf course communities. Foley Design was established in
1991, and they were hired to create the architectural theme
and to draft the architectural guidelines applying to the entire

Allen & Hoshall is a design and engineering firm founded in 1915.
They have a staff of over 130 professionals in offices located in
Memphis, Tennessee, Jackson, Hernando, and Tunica, Mississippi.
Allen & Hoshall, will be the civil engineers for this development.
They will design, coordinate, and oversee all of the infrastructure construction.

Dunn & Harrell Development, LLC – Tunica Resorts, MS
Dunn
& Harrell is in charge of conceptualization and development of Tunica
National – A Master Planned Community. Partners, Matthew
Dunn and Cody Harrell, formed Dunn & Harrell in 2005, and their
company provides a wide array of real estate services including development,
consultation, and brokerage services through their real estate brokerage
company, Tunica National Properties, LLC. Dunn & Harrell is
responsible for putting together the investment group known as the Tunica
Land Company, LLC which hired Dunn & Harrell to assemble the development
team and carry out the day-to-day activities required as developer.
Carl L. Espy, Jr.
Carl L. Espy, Jr. is a real estate development advisor bringing a wealth of experience to
this development. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Espy has developed eight golf course communities
in association with major universities primarily in the southeast. Prior to his real estate career,
Mr. Espy was Vice President with South Carolina Federal Savings Bank. In addition, Mr. Espy served as Director of Economic Development for Greenville, South Carolina. Currently, Mr. Espy is consulting with Wellsgate LLC in Oxford, Mississippi as its Managing Partner.
